3. Booking and Payments
Bookings must be confirmed in writing via email, phone, or website form.
A deposit or advance payment may be required to confirm services.
Payment terms and methods will be clearly outlined in official quotations or invoices.
Delay in payment may result in cancellation or postponement of service delivery.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 7+ days before the scheduled event may be eligible for a partial refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may not be eligible for a refund due to preparatory expenses.
Custom-designed or printed items are non-refundable once production begins.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information for service execution
Cooperate with our team and allow timely access to event venues
Obtain necessary permissions from venue owners or authorities, if applicable
Use our rental equipment responsibly and return it in good condition
